Standard Operating Procedures for the Milwaukee Police Department, describing specific functions of the department and expectations for officer response to various situations. Not all SOPs currently in use by MPD are contained in this collection; some are undergoing active revision and have therefore been removed from view temporarily, while others are restricted under Wis. Stat. § 19.36(2). SOPs were originally collected in June 2022; the collection will be added to periodically to reflect updates to procedures.
